ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue herein, viz., Nivedha, aged 17 years, has filed this petition seeking production of his daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Today, the respondent police have produced the detenue viz., Nivedha. On enquiry, she has informed that on her own, she went with her friend. Now, she wish to join with her mother, who is also present before this Court. In view of the statement, she shall be accompanied with her mother.

4. In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
