This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.18093 of 2022 dated 18.07.2022.

It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 18.07.2022, a proceedings dated 07.08.2023 has been issued enclosing the working sheet for payment of GPF amount to the petitioner. A copy of the said proceedings is also placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission as well the proceedings placed on record, this Contempt Petition is closed.
