ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 18.08.2021, 15.09.2021 & 06.04.2022, preferred as against the order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings No.Na.Ka.1286/2011, dated 05.05.2017, by taking into the consideration of the code of Prevention and Detection Fraudulent Acts in Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited - 2014 and to grant subsistence allowance from the date of suspension till 05.05.2017, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
