ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2009 on its file and file final report thereon, taking into consideration complaint preferred by the petitioner herein dated 31.03.2022 with the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that originally the case was registered by the Inspector of Police, The Central Crime Branch-Team XVI, Chennai Commissionerate in Crime No.13 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2009, subsequently, it was transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, The Central Crime Branch-Team XVII, Chennai Commissionerate. He would further on instructions from one Dhanalakshmi, The Inspector of Police, The Central Crime Branch-Team XVII, submit that the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2009 has been completed and on 27.07.2021, the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur to take the final report in Crime No.13 of 2009 on file and dispose the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above observation and direction.
