O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition at paragraph 6 (ii) imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7778 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.592 of 2024. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that this Court, while granting suspension of sentence to the petitioner vide order dated 05.06.2024, imposed a condition, inter alia, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is further submitted that though the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed on her from the time of grant of suspension of sentence, she delivered a child on 16.10.2025 and hence, finds it difficult to appear before the respondent police every week. Hence, he prayed to relax the said condition.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 2/4

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and upon perusal of the materials available on record and also taking note of the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify condition at paragraph 6(ii) imposed by this Court. 5.

Accordingly, the condition at paragraph 6(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7778 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.592 of 2024, vide order dated 05.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 6.

In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
