(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that encroachment in Survey No.38/6 has been removed and eviction has carried out for the other two survey numbers. She would further submit that the encroacher has filed a suit and obtained an interim order.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
