O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.2003 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.30891 of 2019 by the order dated 19.02.2020 i.e., "to report before the respondent police the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail, by order dated 22.11.2020 and imposed the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner preferred an Application in Crl.M.P. No.19037 of 2019 seeking to relax the said condition. This Court vide order dated 07.01.2020 modified the condition as the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am, until further orders. The petitioner again preferred an Application in Crl.M.P. No.2003 of 2020 seeking to relax the aforesaid condition. This Court by order dated 19.02.2020 modified the said condition thereby directing the petitioner to report before the respondent once in a month. He further submitted that the petitioner had complied the conditions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
regularly and he is co-operating with the investigation and would undertake to co-operate for further investigation and trial. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
