ORDER

After giving a letter dated 19.03.2023 to the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore requesting to issue No Objection Certificate to run a spa, the petitioner has rushed to this Court within 10 days seeking direction to dispose of the representation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the Government has formed guidelines to ensure that no misuse of license for running spa. If the petitioner complies the guidelines issued by the Government, it will be considered in accordance with law.
