This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail in Crl.M.P.Nos.964 & 965 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
