The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition as follows:

"The writ petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this W.M.P.No.10361/2019 with liberty to file fresh application impleading the remaining legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner."

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
