O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.2000 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.30740 of 2019 on 19.02.2020 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
