Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son, Chikkandar Basha, S/o.Mohamed Rafiq, aged 27 years, forthwith before this Court and set him at liberty. Further, to order an immediate investigation into the unlawful actions of the police officers named herein and take appropriate legal action against them for their misconduct.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in connection with Cr.No.284 of 2024 dated

25.03.2024.

2. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, his detention cannot be termed to be illegal.
