The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3780 of 2020 by the order dated 21.02.2020 i.e., " to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for a period of 30 days and thereafter, report daily at 10.30 am until further orders"
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail, by order dated 21.02.2020 and imposed the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for a period of 30 days and thereafter, report daily at 10.30 am until further orders until further orders.He further submitted that due to Covid-19 the petitioner is inconvenient to appear before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. This petition is ordered accordingly.
