PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No.579 of 2022 in Cr.M.P.No.272 of 2022 dated 01.4.2022 passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri District and to relax the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.272 of 2022 dated 23.2.2022 that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Erode Town Police Station daily once at 10 AM until further orders.

ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners for relaxation of the condition imposed on them while granting anticipatory bail.
2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepting notice for the respondent.
3.The Court below dismissed the petition for relaxation only on the ground that the petitioners complied with the condition for 15 days alone.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the case and the offence, for which, the first information report has been registered against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the impugned order passed the Court below is set aside. The condition imposed on the petitioners while granting anticipatory bail to them in Crl.M.P.No.272 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri by order dated 23.2.2022 is hereby relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required.
