This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.764 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.156 of 2024 dated 22.01.2024.

2.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is employed as Fork Lift Operator in Hinduja Foundries, due to his ill health unable to mobilise the amount of Rs.1,10,000/-, which he ought to have deposited within a period of six weeks from 22.01.2024. Hence, seeks further time.

3.This Court perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees One lakh and Ten thousand only) to the credit of H.M.O.P.No.191 of 2022 on the file of Subordinate Court, Thiruvotriyur, on or before 12.07.2024. 5.It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

6.This petition is ordered accordingly.
