The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondent herein has now been transferred to some other Police Station.

2. Nevertheless, the contempt alleged to have committed was during the tenure of the respondent herein. Though the matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance", the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) seeks further time.

3. Issue statutory notice to the respondent through the present Inspector of Police, Annakavoor Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, returnable by 26.07.2019.

4. Post the matter on 26.07.2019.
