This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to attach the properties mentioned in the schedule and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to take all steps to protect and secure the attached properties from any alienation until disposal of the Crime No.02 of 2015, dated 05.02.2015 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID at Chennai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in respect of Crime No.2 of 2015, all the properties mentioned by the petitioner have been attached to the proceedings pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Special Court for TNPID at Chennai. Therefore, this petition does not require to pass any further order in Crime No.2 of 2015.
