ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed, seeking extension of leave on the premise that 97 year old mother of the convict is in the critical stage.

2. As the abovesaid factual assertion is not in dispute, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted, which expires today, by four more weeks i.e. till 27.07.2020 with the same conditions as imposed in the earlier order. The convict shall return back to prison at 5.00 p.m. on 27.07.2020.
