ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to secure the accused persons and to file final report in Cr.No. 95 of 2017 dated 04.02.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. It is averred in the petition that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 04.02.2017, no final report has been filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.95 of 2017 but charge sheet is yet to be numbered before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
