ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2023 and 08.02.2024 relating to the petitioner's said property.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation seeking for issuance of patta in their favour on 08.02.2024, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 with regard to the issuance of patta and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
