O R D E R

The respondent in RCOP.No.237 of 2014 on the file of the X Court of Small Causes, Chennai, is the Revision Petitioner herein. The respondent herein is the petitioner in RCOP.No.237 of 2014. 2.

The respondent herein who is the landlord filed a petition in M.P.No.743 of 2014 under Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act for amendment of the name of the

Revision Petitioner and also to include the details in the main petition pertaining to the property owned by the Revision Petitioner. 3.

The trial court passed an order dated 10.04.2015 and allowed the M.P.No.743 of 2014 in RCOP.No.237 of 2014. Hence, this Revision Petition.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner. 5.

The respondent landlord in RCOP.No.237/2014 described the revision petitioner as Vijayarangan while his name is Vijayaraghavan. Hence, the respondent landlord sought to correct the same by way of amendment. Besides the same, the respondent landlord wanted to include the details in the main petition pertaining to the property owned by the Revision Petitioner. 6.

It is admitted that the trial is yet to commence and no prejudice would be caused by including the details of the property owned by the petitioner in the main petition at this stage. I do not find any infirmity in the order of the trial court.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
