O R D E R
The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.10.2016 passed in W.P.No.37031 of 2016 wherein this Court directed respondents to disburse the retiral benefits to petitioner in twelve equal monthly instalments.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

When the matter came up on 31.01.2020, learned counsel for Transport Corporation submitted that Corporation has insisted the petitioner to produce the 'No Objection Certificate' from the Society informing that he has not obtained any loan amount or due certificate, if there is any outstanding loan amount. Considering the said submission, this Court directed the petitioner to produce the above mentioned certificate to enable the respondents to disburse the retiral benefits.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for Transport Corporation submits that till date, petitioner has not produced the 2/4
'No Objection Certificate'.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already approached the Society seeking issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' and the same is yet to be received.
6. Since the Transport Corporation is ready to disburse the retiral benefits of petitioner, this Court is of view that there is no point in keeping the Contempt Petition pending.
Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Petitioner is at liberty to produce the 'No Objection Certificate' as soon as he receives to enable the Transport Corporation to disburse the retiral benefits.
