Respondent Prayer: The Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondent for contempt of court for disobeying the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in W.P.No.34928 of 2015 for not passing orders on the representation made by the petitioner. Alleging that the representation, as directed by this Court, has not been considered, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that appropriate order was passed on 15.04.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ asking the petitioner to apply in the prescribed format as per the procedure.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said order has been complied with by making an application.
4.Based upon the records, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that a spot inspection has been made thereafter and final decision is yet to be taken. 5.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Incidentally, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the subsequent application said to have been made by the petitioner pursuant to which, a spot inspection has been made. The needful will have to be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
