This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order of the Family Court, Tiruvallur in M.C.No.7/2022 dated 19.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent contended that the petition may be allowed on condition that the petitioner herein has to pay arrears amount of maintenance of Rs.1,20,000/-.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to pay the arrears amount of maintenance.

4.In the circumstances, the present petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,20,000/- to the credit of Family Court, Tiruvallur on or before 31.08.2023 failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to the Court. On such deposit being made the respondent shall withdraw the same.
