Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to forward CRRI particulars of the petitioner in BDS degree course during the academic year 2014-2015 to the first respondent by considering her representation dated 28.07.2017.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not considered the said representation so far and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

forwarded the CRRI particulars to the first respondent. Needless to say, that it is for the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with procedure, without loss of further time. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
