ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 17.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.4180 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to register the First Information Report as directed by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.59602 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 and proceed with the investigation forthwith.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.101 of 2025 as against the accused persons. 3.
