ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026 and consequently, to issue directions to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the petitioner from the fifth respondent college and allot B.Sc., Nursing Course seat to the petitioner to any other College under Government Quota as per the order of the second respondent dated 29.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the present Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is to be passed as against the respondents 5 & 6 in the present Petition, notice to them is dispensed with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was allotted B.Sc., Nursing Course by the second respondent vide order dated 29.10.2025 in the fifth respondent College, however, there is no proper infrastructure in the said College. He further submitted that due to non availability of proper facilities in the fifth respondent College, the petitioner made a representation dated 25.02.2026 to the respondents 1 to 4 seeking transfer from the said College to any other College under the Government Quota as per the order of the second respondent dated 29.10.2025, however there was no response and hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the respondents 5 & 6, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
