Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint dated 28.10.2013 submitted by the petitioner to take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act.

Heard Ms.A.Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.10.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint to the first respondent on public grievance day and if a proper representation is given, it would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In the light of the submissions of the learned counsels, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks. On such compliance, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law after providing due opportunity to all the necessary parties.
