Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated into service vide proceedings of the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai Police, Vepery, Chennai -7 in Rc.No.PR.I(1)/CPO/103/50968/2012 CPO.No.2204/2024 dated 01.08.2024. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
