2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and the possession of the property has already been delivered. Hence the petition has become infructuous and nothing survives as of now.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
