This petition has been filed for seeking to quash the impugned Summons issued by the first respondent police dated 19.06.2020 on the complaint lodged by the second respondent herein.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the repsondents would submit that neither no case has been pending as against the petitioners nor no petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioners.
