This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the 2nd respondent to send the Tanker Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-21-AC-8597 for vehicle inspection to the Regional Transport Office, Poonamallee, in connection with Crime No.422/PH2/2020.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to produce the Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-21-AC-8597 which was involved in Crime No.422/PH2/2020, before the Regional Transport Office, Poonamallee, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
