(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) According to petitioner, this sub-application has become necessary in view of the Block Development Officer, Kattankulathur, with the assistance of Tahsildar not removing the encroachments, though directed by the District Collector vide order dated 21.06.2011.

2. After the sub application was heard for some time, counsel states that the Court may dispose the sub application and he shall file fresh proceedings with appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. Sub-Application is, therefore, closed.
