Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Omalur, to dispose the I.A.No.410 of 2017 in O.S.No.192 of 2009. For Petitioners : Mr.M.Muthappan

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Omalur, to dispose the I.A.No.410 of 2017 in O.S.No.192 of 2009.

2. The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.192 of 2009, was filed for the relief of declaration, partition and permanent injunction. During the pendency of the suit, the first respondent filed I.A.No.410 of 2017 to condone the delay of 1635 days for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first defendant in O.S.No.192 of 2009. This petition is pending from 2017 and hence prays for early disposal of the I.A.No.410 of 2017.

3. This suit was filed in 2009 and I.A.No.410 of 2017 was filed for impleading the legal representatives of the deceased first defendant, and it is still pending. It is not known, why it is kept pending from 2017. It should have 2/4

been disposed of immediately to proceed further with the suit.

4. Therefore, the learned District Munsif, Omalur, is directed to take effective steps to dispose of the I.A.No.410 of 2017 in O.S.No.192 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
