The petitioners have filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioners in the light of the orders of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms. No.116 Labour & Employment (P2) Department dated 06.08.2015 and G.O.Ms. No.116 Labour & Employment (P2) Department dated 13.04.2016 and to absorb the petitioners herein in any available vacancies. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners in the light of the G.O.Ms. No.116 Labour & Employment (P2) Department dated 06.08.2015 and G.O.Ms. No.116 Labour & Employment (P2) Department dated 13.04.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
