Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S. SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6213 of 2022 dated 17.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation and the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
