This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4037 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of twelve weeks.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4037 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
