ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2024 and provide necessary police protection to surveying of the petitioner's properties comprised in Survey No.389/3, 389/4, 390/A3A situated at Simmanaputhur,
Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner owned properties comprised in Survey No.389/3, 389/4, 390/A3A situated at Simmanaputhur, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District. The title of the said properties were also decreed in his favour in O.S.No.407 of 2000, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirupattur by the Judgment and Decree dated 30.01.2001. In order to fence the properties, the petitioner applied to survey the properties with requisite fees. However, when the Surveyor visited the properties to survey, the petitioner's own brother is objecting to survey the properties.

In view of the above, if the Surveyor finds any obstructions while surveying the petitioner's properties comprised in Survey No.389/3, 389/4, 390/A3A situated at Simmanaputhur, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District, the Surveyor can very well seek for police protection before the respondent. On receipt of the said request, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass order to provide adequate police protection for the Surveyor while
surveying the petitioner's properties.
5. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and AntiCorruption, Madurai is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 9 herein and if any cognizable offence is made out, register the FIR and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
