ORDER
(Made by Dr.S.VIMALA, J. ) This petition is filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to produce the body of Marimuthu, H/o. Ayammal, S/o. Amavasai, aged 26 years residing at No., Vettaiyan Street, Pongaliyur, Kottur (Post), Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
2. The detenu is produced before this Court. The wife / complainant has stated, that the detenu/her husband eloped with somebody else and he is not looking after the family and that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
made her to appear before this Court along with her two children, aged 4 years and 1 1⁄2 years seeking production of the detenu.
3. The Court enquired the detenu and the detenu undertakes not repeat the mistake once again and further submits that he will look after the family in a proper way.
4. Recording the above undertaking given by the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
