This petition is filed under under Order XXII Rule 3 of Civil Procedure Code to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 8 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner viz., Balaraman who died on 26.05.2016 in the above Civil Revision Petition and rank them as petitioners 2 to 4.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in CRP.No.452 of 2011 and list the matter for final hearing on 06.08.2019. 11.07.2019 mbi http://www.judis.nic.in
