This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the second petitioner dated 03.03.2015 requesting to remove the lock and seal of the petitioners' residential house bearing D.No.20/44, J.J.Nagar, Erode Road, Gobichettipalayam, Erode - 638 452 forthwith and also take appropriate legal action against the violators. 2.When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, fairly submitted that the matter has been settled out of court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. He also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
