ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 427, 323, 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is alleged to have damaged the water pipe line of the defacto complainant, used for irrigating his land.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the defacto complainant was drawing water illegally, which was objected by the petitioner, a false complaint has been alleged.

4. However, from the material placed, this Court finds that the petitioner herein has nothing to do with the agricultural activity of the defacto complainant as interfered herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
