ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 and in particular, the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.02.2025 and to include the name of the petitioner in the revenue records with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.V.M.Venkataramana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.02.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
