Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner representation dated 13.04.2015 for deleting the wrong entries made in the Revenue Records in respect of lands measuring an extent of 1.53 1/2 acres comprised in Survey No.16/2 of Moorthiganadhinna Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue computerized patta to the Petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims ownership in respect of the lands admeasuring to an extent of 4.04 acres comprised in S.No.16 of Moorthiganadhinna Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by virtue of succession and according to him, while effecting UDR statement, certain mistakes have crept in and taking advantage of the same, the fourth respondent has settled the lands admeasuring to an extent of 2.18 1⁄2 acres in S.No.16/2 in favour of Tmt.Kenchamma by way of settlement deed dated 09.11.2007 registered as document no.15610/2007 on the file of Sub Registrar, Hosur. this regard, submitted representation dated 13.04.2015 to the respondent to delete the wrong entries made in the revenue records and for transfer of patta in favour of the legal heirs of Nethappa/ petitioner's father and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.
