No.779 & 781 of 2013 on the file of the X Small Causes Court, Chennai.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the Judgment dated 28.02.2020 passed by the Division bench of this Court, there is no further adjudication in these cases since the relief sought by the parties has been settled by the aforesaid Judgment. Accordingly, the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court has been produced before this Court. 2/4
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives in these petitions.
