Even when the matter was listed on 12.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, on 13.03.2019, when the matter was called, a request for adjournment has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and hence the matter was adjourned to 04.04.2019. However, today (04.04.2019), when the matter was called there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
