Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until furhter orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13485 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20753 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.13485 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20753 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
