Pending the Writ Petition, both the parties have arrived at a settlement out of Court and a memo dated 16.09.2021 has also been filed to the said effect together with a copy of the compromise agreement.

2. As per the terms of the settlement, the first respondent herein had received a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards full and final settlement of all the claims with the petitioners/Panchayat Union.
