The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, on the complaint dated 25.04.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 25.04.2016, by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint in person before the respondent-Police.
4. On a reading of the complaint dated 25.04.2016, it essentially appears to be a dispute in connection with parking of two wheelers. The complaint does not disclose commission of cognizable offence.
5. However, the respondent Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
