This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent police not to harass the Petitioner in Crime No.Not known of 2022.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the first respondent would submit on the complaint given by one Babu and others, enquiry has been conducted in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
C.No.60/COP/PGP/TPC/2022 and the same has been closed on 20.04.2022 as civil in nature. He would further submit that the first respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the first respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
